Going for a leisurely stroll has also a multitude of health benefits such as helping to maintain a healthy weight and metabolism. Walking regularly can also prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes while strengthening bones and muscles. Taking a walk has also been proven to improve your mood! So get out there and work those legs!
